We act as Data Controller for personal data collected via this website and in the course of providing our services.

2. Personal data we process

• Identification and contact data: name, email, phone, postal address.
• Order data: garment details, artwork files, payment reference.
• Usage data: IP address, browser information, referral source, interaction with pages and cookies.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

• couriers (An Post, DPD);
• IT service providers and accountants bound by confidentiality;

6. Retention

Accounting records are retained for 7 years. Order artwork is kept for 18 months to facilitate re‑orders, unless you request earlier deletion. Marketing data are kept until you withdraw consent.
