1. Application

These Terms govern all quotations, order acceptances and supply of goods by PrintedTshirts.ie to the customer (“you”).

2. Products

We supply B&C, Fruit of the Loom and Gildan garments in Standard and Premium grades. Images on the site are illustrative; shade or size tolerances may occur.

3. Ordering

3.1 Orders are placed through our enquiry form or email.
3.2 A binding contract arises when we confirm acceptance in writing and receive full payment.
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that artwork files are correct and do not infringe third‑party rights.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are quoted in euro, exclusive of VAT unless stated. Payment in full is required upon approval of artwork. We accept major cards and bank transfer.

5. Turnaround & Delivery

Orders approved and paid before 12:00 are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery or collection.

6. Customised goods – cancellation & returns

Under Part 3 of the Consumer Rights Act 2022, the 14‑day cooling‑off period does not apply to goods made to your specification. Faulty or incorrectly printed items will be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with clause 8.

7. Intellectual Property

You warrant that you own or have licence to use all artwork supplied. You grant us a non‑exclusive licence to use the artwork for the purpose of fulfilling the order and for portfolio marketing unless you opt out in writing.

8. Liability

Our aggregate liability for any loss shall not exceed the price of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Irish law. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
