1. Dispatch

Approved orders placed before 12:00 ship the next working day; orders after 12:00 ship on the second working day. During peak periods we will notify you promptly of any change.

2. Shipping options & charges

Collection from our Dublin 17 facility is free.

3. Tracking

A tracking link is emailed on dispatch. All shipments require a signature.

4. Delivery issues

Inspect parcels on receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any damage or shortage, attaching photographs.

5. Returns

5.1 Customised items – may be returned only if defective or not as approved. Notify us within 48 hours; we will arrange collection at our cost.
5.2 Blank/unprinted items – may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receipt and inspection of returned goods.
